1. Website content ownership

All content displayed on this website, including 3D demos, images, videos and design elements, is the sole property of NEOVAA LLC. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written consent. This excludes work produced under separate client agreements (see section 2).

2. Client deliverables

3D files (GLB / USDZ) produced for clients under a Neovaa quotation are owned by the client upon delivery and full payment. The Neovaa viewer, hosting and support are licensed under the active subscription and cease upon termination.

3. Access and use

The 3D and AR experiences offered via this site are accessible without application download. Access may be limited or non-functional depending on the user's device compatibility.

4. Disclaimer of liability

NEOVAA LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, display inconsistencies or incompatibilities that may occur on a user's device.

5. No warranty

All content and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. External links

This site may contain links to externally hosted 3D content. NEOVAA LLC is not responsible for the content or security of those external sources.

7. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
